These are products that:

  • Contain post-consumer materials
  • Can be reprocessed (recycled)
  • Are environmentally preferred because of an environmental benefit in their composition and/or method of creation

Below are some examples of products that are preferred due to environmental benefit:

  • Non-lacquered wood
  • Products that do not contain rainforest or ancient forest material
  • Energy efficient products
